toilet leaks

the cleaning staff were so nice, bless their hearts, but the room was dark, like, is it haunted? absolutely ridiculous! not to mention the toilet leaks that flooded the bathroom, I nearly slipped! after all that, I thought a complimentary fruit basket woudl ve been perfect, but no, nothing special for me. almost left a good review, but I just couldn’t.

Just a good pick for a weekend in Medina with very good value for money. The staff were helpful and accommodating when I needed extra towels. Check the parking availability in advance to avoid fines on the street.

The location is perfect, a short distance from the mosque. The hotel has a reasonable price point for its vicinity, making it a decent choice for budget-conscious travelers.

Power outages occurred multiple times, disrupting our stay. The bathroom cleanliness left much to be desired, with lingering unpleasant odors.

Perfect spot near Al-Haram

The location couldn't be better, just a quick stroll to Al-Haram! The staff were super friendly, especially when they surprised us with breakfast even though it wasn't our day for it. The room was clean but a bit small for my family. Restaurant had tasty options but it got a lil crowded at peak times.

Absolutely loved the warm vibes and the cleanliness of the rooms! The location was a breeze, just a hop to the mosque. The farewell from the staff felt like leaving family.
